Submitting a request for a quote or project inquiry through our forms does not guarantee acceptance of a project or establish a formal contract.
 A project is only considered active once:

A written agreement or proposal has been accepted, and

A deposit or payment has been received (when applicable).

All services are provided under the terms outlined in individual project agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, logos, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of Cusp Creative or are used with permission.
 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials from this site without prior written consent.

Clients who hire Cusp Creative retain ownership of their final approved deliverables as outlined in their individual project agreements. Cusp Creative retains the right to display completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal or invoice.
 Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
 If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to other websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Use them at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Cusp Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
